This service is not affiliated with any group or organization, and is brought to you out of the desire to help bring green communities together.

A transplant from the East Coast, Jessica moved to Los Angeles several years ago to help spread the green message. Soon after she arrived, she noticed that finding eco events was challenging… not for the lack of them, but for how scattered their communication efforts were. The more people she talked with, the more she kept hearing the same thing over and over again: “I never know what’s going on ‘green’ here! I want to get involved, but I don’t know how.” Not being satisfied with this, Jessica decided to launch GoToGreenLA.com (the predecessor to GoToGreen). It was quickly met with gratitude and thanks from the Los Angeles green community, which encouraged her to expand the service nationally. GoToGreen.com was born.

Jessica currently runs the LA Green Drinks-Valley Chapter, lends her graphic design services to green initiatives and businesses, and is committed to helping people help each other. “What we do to the planet, we do to ourselves.”

Luciano Elias

Occupation: Web Entrepreneur, Green Living Advocate

A transplant from Brazil, Luciano's adventure in the U.S. started in 1999 when he moved to Savannah, GA, in pursuit of his Master's Degree in Graphic Design.

Living in San Diego since 2001, Luciano found himself experiencing a taste of the "dark side" while working for a worldwide Biotech company. At the same time, he's been developing underground links to Green community, while striving to maintain what he considers to be an ecologically correct life style.

Since leaving the Biotech field, Luciano has been slowly putting his priorities in place and working with projects that matter. He's currently developing a few web projects of his own, and is overjoyed by the opportunity to be part of the GoToGreen project.
